Job Summary
We are looking for a Creative Assistant to support our team of Executive Producers, Directors, Social Media/PR Manager, and Pitch Manager. This role will be responsible for developing visually compelling presentations, marketing materials, website visuals, and social assets. You will play a key role in image research, content creation, and design execution, ensuring our brand identity and treatments remain fresh, bold, and engaging across all platforms for our clients and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Research & Design: Conduct in-depth image research to source the best references and inspirations for projects, maintain a well-organised library of research materials, and develop visually striking treatments, pitch decks, and branded collateral.
- Editing: Assist in editing showreels, animatics, tests, sizzle reels.
- Vault & Data Management: Oversee footage ingestion, QC’ing, transcoding, and file organisation; manage drive logs and archiving; collaborate with IT to maintain folder structures and archiving protocols.
- Branding & Marketing Support: Design and produce marketing assets for use across social media and newsletters.
- Website Design & Management: Maintain and update our website CMS, design content to showcase new releases and ensure brand consistency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within entertainment, advertising, or a creative studio.
- Strong Portfolio: A collection of previous treatments, research projects, or creative design work showcasing your skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Suite (particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro), Google Slides, and Keynote. Basic knowledge of video codecs and compressions.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
