Job Summary
At BOT VFX, all team members are referred to as “BOTs”. Our company’s name, logo, and brand convey our personality: a fun and whimsical side coupled with a robotic orientation towards precision and quality. As an organization with these combined characteristics, we take the delivery of quality work extremely seriously. But we don’t take ourselves so seriously that we forget our organization is a collection of human beings.
Requirements
Our biggest requirement for talent coming in at BOT is the “zeal” and the “passion” that they bring to the workplace. We are looking for talent who love art and/or VFX and have the attitude to thrive in a creative environment that challenges their artistic ability every single day; because as we keep growing (which we are), we’d love for them to share their knowledge and become future leaders of this amazing studio.

Before You Apply
- Basic communication skills are mandatory (English, Tamil or Hindi).
- Detail orientation and strong adherence to deadlines.
- Strong passion for creative work and willingness to learn.
- Clarity to focus, understand and problem-solve in delivering creative work.
- Degree in Art or VFX is a plus, but not required.
