Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Art Director to join our team in Culver City, California. This hybrid on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to lead creative projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact visual communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and visual design for marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop compelling concepts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid on-site setting.
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in art direction or graphic design.
Benefits & Compensation
Pay varies based on experience and location, ranging from USD 67.29 to USD 88.72 per hour.
