Job Summary
JAM Media is seeking immediate applications from talented and experienced character animators for a short-term contract to join our fantastic team for the 2D animated production Emerald. The animation for this upcoming preschool TV series is currently underway, and we are searching for experienced 2D senior character animators available for an immediate start to join the team in the final 2-3 months of production.

Key Responsibilities
- Animate scenes using rigged models to produce believable, engaging, and relatable characters.
- Bring characters to life through a variety of expressions, poses, body language, and lip syncing using ToonBoom Harmony software.
- Maintain consistency of production quality and style to meet deadlines.
- Work closely with the animation supervisor and production team to ensure scenes align with the Director’s vision.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Minimum 4 years of character animation experience preferred.
- Essential experience with ToonBoom Harmony software.
- Good understanding of the technical aspects of ToonBoom Harmony.
- Strong knowledge of animation fundamentals and principles, including walk cycles, lip sync, acting, and character timing.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to take direction in a collaborative environment.
Experience Requirements
At least 4 years in character animation experience preferred.
Location & Working Arrangements
Positions are open to UK residents only.
Roles available for both in-house and remote working.
Locations: Belfast, Dublin
