Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of animators.
• Attend creative, production, and management meetings as required.
• Understand and maintain the style and expectations of the show.
• Participate in project breakdown and structuring with the production team.
• Ensure submission of only the highest standard animation from your team, including key and final animation.
• Communicate clearly and timely with your team, departmental leads, and supervisors.
• Provide sketches, notes, and guidance to your team.
• Take ownership and responsibility for your own work and your team’s output.
• Identify problems and provide solutions within your team and department.
• Manage team assignments, approvals, deadlines, and retake expectations.
• Continuously improve drawing skills through tutorials, life drawing, sketching, and animation research.
• Stay updated with latest initiatives, training, and mentoring relevant to the role.
• Manage day-to-day tasks, episode preparation, episode assignment, and staff management.
• Perform any other duties reasonably required by company management.
